CPMG operates in accordance with a written Health and Safety Policy which is distributed to all members of staff.

The policy is managed by a Health and safety working party, chaired by a director, which meets periodically to review and develop the policy in line with changing circumstances and changing legislation.

Staff at all levels within the Practice are represented on the Working Party and meetings are minuted to ensure that any revisions to the policy can be effectively communicated to all staff.

The purpose of the policy is to ensure, as far as reasonably practical, that persons employed by CPMG are not exposed to risks to their health and safety.
