Background
Nick joined CPMG in 1995 after establishing his reputation as a top quality architectural designer in London. Nick has a first class portfolio of highly successful projects to his credit. He was made an Associate Director in 1997 and a Group Director in 2006.
Typical Experience
· £20m Bridlington Schools PFI project incorporating the refurbishment, extension and new build of several primary and secondary schools in East Yorkshire.
· £7.3m refurbishment of the Dainton Building for Chemistry for the Biosciences. This building was awarded the EMRIBA export prize in 2004.
· The Park Octagon on Derby Road, Nottingham, a £1.7m conversion of a 1970s office building into 20 luxury residential apartments, with 2 penthouses.
· A new Plant Sciences Laboratory for the University of Nottingham on the Agricultural Sciences Campus at Sutton Bonington, valued at £6.5m.
· New teaching facilities and a new dining facility and assembly hall for Loughborough Endowed Schools.

· New headquarters for the Ear Foundation Cochlear Implant Charity in Nottingham.
· Technically complex new Materials Engineering Laboratory Building for the University of Nottingham.
· A new £8.0m Medical School and Clinical Sciences Building in Derby for University of Nottingham and South Derbyshire Acute Services NHS Trust, which includes Cat 2 and Cat 3 Research Laboratories.
· A new c. £28m new build campus for Warrington Collegiate Institute.
· The new 12,000m² Bilborough Sixth Form College. This exciting commission was won in competition.
· The design of a new £40 million mixed office retail and residential development alongside the canal in the centre of Nottingham.
· A new Student Health Centre for Sheffield University.
· Concept Architect for the successful Greater Nottingham LIFT project.
