Architecture
Our philosophy is to design buildings that not only meet clients' needs but also create delightful spaces.  Over the past 30 years, we've produced award-winning buildings that have exceeded clients' expectations, time and again.

We work across all major sectors and the needs, expectations and aspirations of our clients vary greatly.  Each project has its own specific requirements relating to use, location and time, but our meticulous design approach and attention to detail remain constant.

With each and every building we design, we endeavour to instil an imaginative yet pragmatic approach, recognising budget and programme constraints and maintaining clear communication throughout.

Central to our design approach is a cohesive and legible concept - resulting in buildings that are easy and enjoyable to use, able to meet changing needs, and a pleasure to use.

Interior design
We firmly believe that interior design should be sensitive to the quality and integrity of its architecture. This has been our team ethos for almost fifteen years and has helped deliver high quality, award-winning and people-centred buildings.

In developing our interior design schemes, we draw on our clients' aspirations and any established corporate identity. We then formulate a strategy incorporating furniture, partitioning, lighting, signage, finishes and colour palette proposals.

We seek to create inclusive environments that are user-friendly and legible, and where appropriate, co-ordinate finishes and colours with a wayfinding and signage strategy.

Our philosophy is founded on creating inspirational and motivational spaces in which people can live, work and relax.

Space planning
CPMG's space planning service has been developed to help our clients create effective and efficient working environments. Whether it's rationalising existing workspaces or assisting with relocation studies, our key objective is to help our clients create an environment that addresses their strategic business needs and aspirations.

Our service focuses on three delivery essentials: research, communication and realisation. Firstly we undertake an information gathering exercise to understand our clients - their values, aspirations, milestones, space, function and how they operate. We then investigate the possibilities - producing and evaluating option appraisals and effectively communicating ideas through artist's impressions, 3D CAD models, physical models, mood boards and sample boards. Finally, we identify the most appropriate solution and make it happen.

Masterplanning
The process of masterplanning addresses the very structure of our towns and cities. It concerns not just the buildings but also the spaces between that matter so much to all of us as we go about our daily lives.

Our approach to masterplanning is open and holistic. We engage key parties at the right time and in the right way. We enjoy working with other designers and like to involve specialist landscape designers in our masterplanning activities.

Our work involves strategically positioning community services like libraries, healthcare and other public services alongside homes, workplaces, shops and leisure facilities. At the same time, we carefully consider transport infrastructure and the provision of quality outdoor spaces to create places in which people will want to live and work.
