Part of wide-ranging proposals to regenerate Lincolnshire’s coastal resorts, the building sits in a prominent location just behind the beach and looking out to sea, the design encompasses the construction of a new pavilion structure incorporating retail and leisure outlets at the lower level and a stunning new gallery and café incorporating an observatory and terraces at the upper level.
New beach huts for day and extended stays are included at esplanade level with wide ranging views across the beach to the North Sea.
On the town side of the sea wall, the pleasure gardens are redeveloped to provide improved facilities for local residents and visitors.
