Hartwell PLC has appointed our team to redevelop the former Hartwell Ford car dealership located on London Road, close to the south east of Nottingham city centre. The 1.2 hectare site has been used as an education and training centre by Castle College on a temporary basis whilst its existing facilities were being redeveloped.
The redevelopment proposals include 5 number of 4 to 7 storey height blocks and a 25-storey tower providing a GIA of 24,900 square metres of residential apartment space, comprising of 1, 2, 3 bedroom units and duplexes with approximately 260+ undercroft car parking spaces, attractive landscaping throughout the site, 300 square metres of commercial, eatery, drinking, restaurants fronting the Nottingham-Beeston canal and a new footbridge.
Falling within the Waterside Regeneration Zone, and a focal point between the wider Eastcroft area and the city centre, the redevelopment of the site provides a significant opportunity to commence regeneration of the area.
