Peterborough is home to a uniqueheadquarters office building for several divisions of a FTSE top 25 company. The client requires individual departments within the building to express their own identities, whilst maintaining a building that encourages identification with a company-wide ethos.
Providing space for 300 employees, the building also includes training and conferencing facilities, a café and focal atrium meeting space and incorporate passive design principles to achieve a low-energy solution.
The building is seen by the client as a vehicle for achieving organisational change, modernising working practices and engaging staff with the strategy for the future of the business.
