Prolog 5, Sherwood Park

Our fourth partnered venture with Interserve Building Services at the Sherwood Business Park.

Appointed by Interserve as design team leader. The building is constructed using a combination of built-up cladding on the roof and side walls with insulated composite modular wall panels and powder-coated aluminium ribbon windows. A design concept has been carried through from three previous phases with subtle variations to the detailing.

This phase included projecting pilaster details with recessed ribbon windows and the addition of a roof terrace at second floor level. As in the previous phases, the end user wanted special design treatment for the main entrance. As a result, the foyer includes a concrete spiral staircase with stainless steel handrails and high quality marble tile floor finish. The facade to the main entrance is also clad in full height curtain walling.

The accommodation includes 12,000 square metres of warehouse, 5,000 square metres of production space and 2,800 square metres of office accommodation at second floor level.
