Riseholme Hall, University of Lincoln

The conservation and refurbishment of the Grade II listed Riseholme Hall for the University of Lincoln includes the removal of many sub standard modern additions and the restoration of the significant heritage features to enhance the special character of the hall. Work includes comprehensive restoration of the roof and ceiling structures and a sympathetic decoration scheme throughout. The refurbished Hall acts as the headquarters for the Lincoln Institute for Agri-Food Technology, a nationally important research facility, and secures the long term future of the locally important building.
