This building occupies part of the Rolls-Royce site in Hucknall, Nottingham. The site now has parking for 200 cars, including disabled spaces, and covered areas for 30 bicycles and 20 motorcycles.

It provides more than 11,000 square metres for the production of combustion components for aircraft engines, gantry areas, as well as 1,555 square metres of offices and facility areas. 

Employees can enter the building using the lobbied foyer which is linked to the factory. From this area, the two-storey offices are accessed at ground and first floor. The accommodation includes a plant room, lockers, toilets and a first aid area.

The offices consist of open-plan and cellular office areas, as well as meeting and conference rooms. The area can be accessed from all floors by using the raised access floor.

The building is based around a steel framed structure which is clad with insulated composite wall panels and grey tinted glass strip glazing.
