Dunelm HQ Interior Design Strategy, Syston
Providing excellent working conditions for staff and achieving low future energy costs was at the heart of the design brief for Dunelm Mill’s new headquarters.
Dunelm is the UK’s number one homewares retailer with over 100 stores across the UK.
We were appointed to design the retailer’s new headquarters on Watermead Business Park at Syston, Leicestershire to support its rapid expansion programme.
The 7,000 square metre store support centre plays a vital role in the operations of the business and reflects a friendly, open and co-operative working atmosphere.

The two-storey building is set out in three connected blocks with simple and crisp interiors. Open-plan spaces feature in two of the blocks and the third contains cellular accommodation such as the core, conferencing facilities and meeting rooms.
Double height floor to ceiling windows create a pleasant working environment with plenty of natural light and views of the surrounding lush landscaping.
