These SCAPE Framework projects, recently completed by Willmott Dixon, continue our successful relationship with Teesside University.

The Gym is an extension providing additional space for dance, weights and cardio work at the existing sports centre.

The green wall is added onto the side of an unprepossessing 1970’s building, transforming its appearance when seen from the new campus heart and incorporating a large screen displaying university and national news, and also used to support events.
