Agri-Informatics win at Cranfield University
Following on from the recently won Water Sciences Building as well as the recently completed AIRC Building, we are delighted to have won our third project for Cranfield University.
The Agri-Informatics building will provide a new home for the National Soil Archive containing samples and maps collected from around the world, alongside research laboratories. Our design proposals incorporate rammed earth construction and gabion cladding, to reflect and evoke the nature of the ongoing research within.
The project is the first phase of a two phase development, which will see the new centre linked in to a neighbouring building on campus. The building will sit opposite CPMG’s Aerospace Integration Research Centre (AIRC), completed in 2017, each overlooking the University’s new automated vehicle test route
