Loughborough University Project Win Hat-trick

With our recent success in securing the re-modelling and re-cladding of the extensive W&S Buildings on Loughborough University's West Park, we are currently underway with a trio of projects for the University totalling £48 million.

The W&S project requires complex phasing to allow the building to stay in use throughout the three year contract; when complete, it will offer state-of-the art laboratories for chemistry and materials sciences, as well as studio space for the University's new Architecture course. The chemistry facilities will supplement our STEMLab building, which is progressing well on site with Henry Brothers Construction.

Completing the trio of projects is a highly-engineered aero engine testing facility servicing a collaboration between the University and Rolls-Royce. Our design re-purposes and extends a disused engineering building on the Holywell Campus and ready to start on site.
