73 new homes to breathe life into riverside location
Plans submitted by our team have been approved to build ‘Pelham Waterside’, a new housing development on Trent Lane in Nottingham.
Nottingham City Council has approved designs for the landmark residential scheme by local developer Pelham Homes, to be built on a disused industrial site on the east side of Trent Lane.
The new development will build 73 homes, including two and three-storey houses and a four-storey apartment block, bringing new residents to the riverside location and rejuvenate a growing area of the city.
We worked closely with Nottingham City Council planners to develop the plans in line with the council’s aspirations. The development will be part of a pivotal year for the city’s regeneration and we’re so pleased to be involved in this exciting time.
A combination of high-quality brickwork, timber cladding and dark aluminium windows will ensure Pelham Waterside offers an attractive facade to the Trent Lane redevelopment, with the rest of the site creating a high quality public realm.
We’re really pleased to be expanding our residential portfolio in the centre of Nottingham. We have great expertise in collaborating with government and private companies to deliver attractive and commercially successful projects. This scheme will provide much needed residential accommodation in an up and coming part of the city.
Allan Fisher, director of development and sales for Pelham Homes, said: “After years in the making we’re really excited that our scheme has received planning permission."

"We’re looking forward to making our vision a reality when the build starts later in the year.”
The new development is due to start on site late summer 2018 and complete during 2019.
