Richard is CPMG’s leader in workplace design and specialises in offices for both corporate and developer clients. Through a series of projects Richard has developed an approach that focuses on how buildings can improve staff well-being and productivity through good design. He is responsible for the UK’s first operationally Carbon Negative, PassivHaus certified office building, a design that enables the occupier to benefit from negative energy bills. Richard also works in the conservation, retail, green energy, residential and civic building design sectors.

Richard’s work has taken him all around the world and he has most recently worked on projects in Abu Dhabi and China. Richard has won design awards for the commerciality and sustainability of his projects.
