Recent completed projects by the CPMG team including Christ Church school with Wilmott Dixon, extending our work with Boston College and Working with the University of Lincoln.

Constructed by Willmott Dixon, the Christ Church Free School in Yardley Wood Birmingham provides an excellent learning and teaching environment for 1150 secondary and sixth form students.

Dunelm Bridge link

Having designed their HQ some years ago we were delighted to be asked by Dunelm to return and add in a bridge link between the two office wings, the bridge being part of Dunelm’s response to the post Covid world. There are now fewer desks in the building but many more meeting and collaborative spaces, with some being located on the bridge itself.

DTLA, Boston College

Located on the college’s Rochford campus, Boston College's Digital, Transport and Logistics Academy introduces new courses that provide skills training for Lincolnshire's established logistics and transportation industry with a focus on digital innovation and technologies for the future.

The Academy's facilities include a transport workshop, and computer rooms, with the building complementing the adjacent EMAT Centre, also designed by us.

Agri-Tech project completion at Riseholme Hall, for the University of Lincoln

CPMG has completed the refurbishment of the Grade II listed Riseholme Hall for the University of Lincoln. The refurbished building will form the head quarters for the Lincoln Institute for Agri-Food Technology, a nationally important research facility.

Additionally, the adjacent Plowright House is refurbished as an Agri-Tech hub focussing on the future of farming. It provides state-of-the-art facilities including a robotics lab and events spaces.

We worked very closely with the school while developing the design, establishing a design concept based around the Trust’s values and the school’s branding. The finished school provides a positive, bright, robust, attractive and nurturing environment for pupils.
