Connecting people with place

Workplace consultancy

We put people at the centre of our design process. We strive to understand them as individuals, as a collective, how they use space and how they respond to it. It is only through this engagement that the resulting building and spaces within it, will be truly successful, supporting people to do what they need or want to do, and to be fulfilled by it - fundamentally, it’s connecting people with place to shape positive human experiences.

Our workplace consultancy provides our clients with an objective and critical analysis of where they are now. Through a process of engagement, fact-finding and data analysis, we develop a bespoke suite of recommendations – a Strategic Brief – to propel a business to where it wants to be.

For over two decades, our clients have experienced tangible productivity results and a boost in colleagues’ wellbeing by implementing the recommendations of our workplace analysis.

Small changes can make a big impact.

There are many factors which may influence your decision to review the way you work. In a post-pandemic world, for many businesses, their workplace has changed: perhaps you have embraced hybrid working and find your workplace no longer provides your people with an effective, productive, and motivational environment. Or perhaps you are struggling to meet your business objectives, targets and KPIs focussed on people, productivity, talent attraction and retention. Perhaps it’s just time to look afresh at what you do, how you do it, and where, and invest in your future, your people, and your continuing success.

You and your business are unique: it is powered by exceptional people with an acute understanding of your objectives and how best to achieve them. Our fact-finding process therefore places your people at the heart of our investigations.

To do this, we have developed a toolbox of investigative and engaging activities specially designed to yield robust data on who your people are, what they do, how they do it and what they need to do it to the best of their abilities. We can engage with a diverse and peripatetic team of people, ensuring that all experiences and aspirations are captured.

Once captured, the data is analysed and rationalised and presented as ‘Findings’ – our recommendations for you to consider. Best-practice design guidelines are applied to these findings to provide with you a robust ‘Strategic Brief’ – the framework for the design of your new workplace.
