Project Overview
CPMG has been appointed by Narada Hotel Group, one of China's Top 20 hotel operators, to deliver a visionary new masterplan for the Inlong Narada Resort in Jiangsu Province, China.
Occupying a vast 210-hectare site, this redevelopment will transform a disused quarry into a thriving, multi-use leisure and wellness resort, centred around a series of blue water lakes.
The facilities will include:
- Several luxury hotels
- A tranquil spa centre
- A central resort reception building
- A collection of private hilltop villas
- A scenic clifftop bar with panoramic views
Designed to attract both domestic and international guests, the resort will celebrate the region’s dramatic landscape while setting new standards for sustainable, experience-led tourism in China.
The project is already well underway, marking a major milestone in Narada Hotel Group’s continued expansion, which includes 49 hotels and 14,176 guestrooms across nine provinces and cities nationwide.
Project Progress
The first CPMG building, a Reception Centre, has now been completed.
