Project Overview
CPMG is appointed by Narada Hotel Group to develop a new masterplan for the Inlong resort in Jiangsu province, China. Narada is one of the Top 20 hotel groups in China with 49 hotels and 14,176 guestrooms in nine provinces and cities across the country.
The new masterplan envisions the regeneration of a 210 Hectare former quarry site and brings together a wide range of leisure focused activities, including several hotels, a spa centre, resort reception building, hilltop villas, and clifftop bar, all centred around a series of blue water lakes.
Project Progress
The first CPMG building, a Reception Centre, is now under construction with completion happening in Spring 2024.
