CPMG currently have several exciting projects starting on site that we're looking forward to see completed.
Working with Henry Brothers, we have commenced the remodelling and extension of the UK HQ of LKAB Minerals, a Swedish mining group. The project creates collaborative and agile working spaces in keeping with LKAB’s future business plans.
There is a central communal hub space for all employees, known in Swedish as a “Fika space”, this is where teams convene to share coffee, cake, and conversation.
Bridge R&D Building, University of Lincoln
Located on the Lincoln Science and Innovation Park, the two-storey building provides the university and its industry partners with a collaborative advanced engineering centre. The building incorporates a series of hi-tech wet and dry laboratories, including specialist equipment, clean rooms, training and collaboration spaces, and staff offices.
The project is being built by Henry Brothers.
Ten Traffic Street Project
We are excited to see that the steel frame rising skywards at this large student residential development providing 522 bedrooms and studios in the Nottingham Southern Regeneration zone. The contractor is nmcn and the developer Jensco Goup.
Once complete, there will be two 5 and 6 storey buildings with the accommodation, a mixture of bedroom clusters and studios, arranged around landscaped courtyards.
