CPMG is working with Galliford Try on behalf of University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Trust, to provide a new hybrid theatre for the vascular surgery department at the Royal Derby hospital, the theatre uses the Auzorian Flexmove system by Philips Healthcare
The £2.9m building will improve care for people with serious or life-threatening conditions, and includes the Theatre, Control room, Equipment room, Prep room, Scrub, circulation space and further associated changing and staff facilities: it is located at Level 2 of the main building on a flat roof where it can connect directly into the existing theatres at that level.
