With over 20 years’ experience, Colm has worked across a variety of sectors, with particular expertise in the technical delivery of education projects. Since joining CPMG, he has led the delivery of multiple schools through the Department for Education framework, working closely with contractors to implement and evolve construction systems. As technical lead, he also supports the wider team through Stages 4 and 5 to ensure consistent delivery and high-quality outcomes.
Colm became a Chartered Member of CIAT in 2019 and is passionate about developing both his own skills and those of his colleagues. He enjoys mentoring others and values the knowledge-sharing culture of CPMG’s open-plan studio.
Outside of work, Colm co-runs The Critical Cinema Club, a YouTube channel reviewing films and TV shows. A self-confessed movie buff, he also enjoys video editing and performing live music - occasionally appearing on stage at Hot Property.
