Since joining CPMG, Martin has worked across a diverse range of sectors including healthcare, student accommodation, higher education, leisure, and offices. He takes great satisfaction in bringing concept ideas to life through detailed technical delivery, ensuring that design intent is realised in every project.
Martin is also passionate about mentoring younger members of the practice, supporting their development and sharing his technical expertise. Outside of work, his ideal weekend is one spent away with his family.
