Tom first joined CPMG during his year out and has remained part of the team on and off ever since. His experience spans nearly all of the practice’s core sectors, including healthcare, retail, education, industrial, residential, leisure, and commercial.
He has played a key role in the Island Quarter development in Nottingham, delivering the gateway first phase, securing planning approval for the hotel and residential complex, and leading the redesign of the sixth commercial biosciences phase. Tom thrives on complex, multi-phase projects that make a lasting contribution to city regeneration.
