Project Overview
Four Oaks Primary School is a new build NZCiO (Net Zero Carbon in Operation) two form entry primary school, with 420 pupils, adjacent to an existing private Nursery.
It is constructed on a tight but attractive urban site bounded by established residential properties and mature landscaping with a number of notable trees around and within the school grounds.
Three established oak trees towards the centre of the site, and all trees and vegetation to the perimeter of the site are retained. New trees have been added to provide additional shading, increase biodiversity, screening and shading to the site, building, and car parking.
