Seaview Colonnade, Sutton-on-Sea

CPMG has reimagined Sutton-on-Sea’s traditional seafront colonnade into a striking, contemporary pavilion - delivering a year-round destination for locals and visitors. Part of East Lindsey District Council’s East Coast regeneration programme, the building combines dining and social spaces with fully accessible facilities, all framed by panoramic views of the beach and North Sea.

Designed to withstand the challenges of a coastal environment, the pavilion incorporates robust flood defences, a corrosion-resistant aluminium roof, block rainscreen cladding, and curtain walling. Step-free access and Changing Places amenities ensure inclusivity, while elegant, modern lines respect the site’s heritage.

Funded through the Mablethorpe Connected Coast Town Deal and ELDC investment, the Seaview Colonnade is already hosting community events - marking a new chapter in the town’s seafront story.
