Project Overview
Appointed by S&T Interiors, the specialist fit-out sub-contractor for the Arora Group, our brief was to interpret the concept design ideas and sketches of Arora’s interior designer. It was imperative to maintain the high quality of finish and customer experience desired by the client and befitting of the brand, whilst keeping an eye on affordability, buildability and programme.
Working with S&T’s extensive team of specialists, we developed the concept into a detailed design package of drawings and specifications to enable robust pricing, detailing and procurement.
The commission covers key front of house zones including the main reception, spa, restaurants, conference facilities, impressive ballroom and executive suites.
