Project Overview

Completed gateway building for a car-free luxury lakeside resort. CPMG has completed the Reception Building for the Inlong Narada Resort, a major new leisure destination masterplanned by CPMG in Jiangsu Province, China for Narada Hotel Group, one of China’s top 20 hotel operators.

As the first touchpoint for all visitors, the Reception Building plays a central role in the resort’s car-free vision, offering a seamless transition from arrival to resort transport. Guests arrive by car or coach, are welcomed by resort staff and then transferred to their accommodation or leisure destinations via internal resort shuttles.

The building includes:

Drop-off areas for cars and coaches
Concierge, reception, and baggage handling facilities
A restaurant and bar for guests
Office and welfare areas to support resort operations
North-facing views towards the main lake and resort hotel

Strategically positioned and beautifully designed, the Reception Building reflects the wider masterplan’s commitment to tranquillity, sustainability and world-class hospitality, setting the tone for an unforgettable guest experience.
